Doesn't practice what she preaches - Sue

So, this is my first blog ever and I guess I would say that I'm nervous to write here. What the hell is a blog anyway? Who reads this? Anyone? No one? Everyone?
I know we are supposed to be writing about health and wellness and lifestyle and all things bright and beautiful, so I better get started.
I'm a health care professional. I'm a registered dietitian. I'm supposed to set a great example of how to be healthy, right? But the truth is, I struggle, too. I LOVE to eat. I eat too much. I HATE to exercise. I exercise too little. I LOVE coffee. I HATE water. I LOVE wine. I HATE herbal tea. I drink too little fluid every day.
What should we do about all this? How can we work together to motivate each other and live happier, healthier lives?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I need support. I need someone to knock on my door to get my *** out of bed every morning to go exercise. I need a team. I need goals. I need friends doing the same thing I'm doing. Shout out if you need this, too! Sue

  1. Hi sue, I'm wanting to do a simple detoxing. I've used a tablespoon of vinegar in my water in the past. Can you recommend anything else that may work? I just need to get all the ooogggiiieees out!
