Weekly Challenge for 9/13-9/19
You can choose 1 of the challenges below for 1 extra point earned for the week.
#1- 250 squats for the entire week. Remember, knees don't go past your toes. Feel the burn baby, enjoy every torturous second.
#2-Add to your daily journal 10 positive interactions/emotions feelings you had that day every day.
Also, include 5 thing's you liked about yourself or something you did daily.
Weekly Challenge for 10/18-10/24
Yes, it is back!! The weekly challenges. We apologize for letting you slack and get comfortable, but now it is time to get back to business.
This week your challenge is to do 200 lunges by Sunday evening. You must complete at least 20 lunges at one time to qualify for this extra credit!! HONOR SYSTEM :)
A personal daily commitment to yourself to be the "best You" you can be.

3. Decrease in incidence of illness (healthy mind, body and spirit)
4. Lifestyle changes that could decrease cholesterol, decrease blood sugars, increase heart health and well being.
This is a 12 week challenge that starts 9/13 and ends on 12/5. $10.00 per person (money needs to be to Joe by 9/23) Monetary rewards given to top 3 contestants. Packets will be made available to all those interested after the staff meeting 9/8.
