So this is my first blog ever. I am very nervous. I haven't been doing very well on this challenge. I am staying below my normal calorie intake but not where i want to be. I feel better health wise but I get discouraged easily. I know it will get easier with time ( I hope). The squats are killing me!!!

  1. Don't worry girl. I've only done 70 squats so far, which means I have to do 90 squats a day. If you see me at work pushing the cart on my hands and knee's, you'll know why. Do the best you can, we are here to help.
